“What’s in your desk?” is a Milestone feature where McNicholas teachers are chosen at random to see what lurks in their desk beyond ungraded papers and cough drops.
Photography, yearbook, and media teacher Mrs. Sarah Nestheide has many objects in her desk that have great value to her. Having a variety of art supplies and various miscellaneous items, she manages to keep a clean workspace.
As a visual arts teacher she has many projects going on and with Mardi Gra coming up, her desk can reflect all the work and art that she is currently or has recently completed.
