Thespian Society/Drama Club to hold first Theatrepalooza

On Saturday, Jan. 12, the Thespian Society/Drama Club will hold the first Theatrepalooza event from 5:30 – 11 p.m. in the Jeanne Spurlock Theater. Seniors Courtney Dunne and Matt Gabbard are organizing the event. The night will consist of theatre games and creating and performing a scene in groups. “Each person will be given a character and a prop and will have to create a skit with five other people based on their characters and props,” Dunne said. “It’ll be fun. It will give everyone an opportunity to get a spot on stage without auditioning.”

Friends and family members who would like to watch the event are welcome to come as well. Pizza will be provided for dinner. All students are welcome to attend. Anyone who is interested in attending this event should contact Dunne or Gabbard.
