The Student Perspective: Students share what they love about Catholic Schools Week

From Monday, Jan. 29, until Thursday, Feb. 1, the students at McNicholas participated in a wide variety of spirit-filled activities in conjunction with Catholic Schools Week. They dressed in super hero gear, tie dye, jerseys, and college spirit wear throughout the week and participated in lunch time Minute to Win It games. One group of seniors listened to Archbishop Schnurr in a video conference, and another attended the Catholic Schools Week Mass at St. Peter in Chains Cathedral. The students enjoyed free cupcakes on Monday and cheered during the seniors versus staff basketball game on Wednesday, where the seniors bested the teachers with a final score of 42-41.
